He entered St. Vincent's Apostolic School, Germantown, September 1895, and took vows January 25, 1902. He was ordained in 1907. He taught philosophy for three years at Niagara starting 1908, then went to the Winona diocese. It states he died in Brownsville, Minn, February 2, 1919. His birth was registered to parents Patrick Collins and Catherine Collins nee Collins.
