"Mrs. Verna Gladys Bowers, 75, of Willow Hill, died Sunday afternoon at her home.
A native of Poplar Bluff, Mo., she was married to Ray Bowers in 1917. He survives.
Funeral services will be held at the Marshall Funeral Home at Oblong with burial in Mound cemetery, near Willow Hill.
