East Palestine, Ohio - Mrs. Lee Gingher, 89, of 487 East Martin St., passed away at 8:27am Friday at the Parkside Health Care Center, Columbiana, where she had been a patient for the past two months.

Mrs. Gingher was born February 5, 1920 in East Palestine, a daughter of the late Joseph and Constance Cilento Borelli, and was a life resident of the community. She had been employed for over fifty years with the former J.J. Newberry 5 & 10, retiring in 1991.

She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Her husband, Larry Gingher, whom she married May 6, 1944, preceded her in death on September 20, 1979, as had sixteen brother and sisters.

She is survived by a daughter, Carol Parks, with whom she resided; and three sons, K. Richard (Trish) Gingher and Arthur D. (Bonnie) Gingher, both of East Palestine, and William J. (Vicki) Gingher, Beloit. She also leaves ten grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am Monday at St. Mary's Cemetery.
