I thought you might add a few things to the Findagrave memorial for John S Curry, Jr. (Actually, he's not a Jr. The other John S Curry was his grandfather)

Thrown from horse & kicked in side & above heart--causing internal hemmorage. Lived about 1/2 hour.

Mother: Gertie L Avery Curry (I'm not sure where she's buried, but I suspect it's at the same cemetery.)
