Mr. Price was married to Fannie Marshall in 1890. They moved to Muskogee, where he was employed for a number of years with the Katy railroad. He gave up railroading to take up farming on a place near Muskogee. He retired from active farming in 1926. Mr. Price came to McCune to make his home with Mrs. Warren after Mrs. Price died Jan. 16, 1840 and moved with the Warren family in April to Minden Mines.
Besides Mrs. Warren, Mr. Price is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. J. H. Pate. Arlington, Tex., and Misa Helen Price. Minden Mines, seven grandchildren, and one brother B. G. Price, Muskogee.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Shigley Funeral Home. The body will be taken to Muskogee where services will be held at 10:30 o'clock Monday morning at the Leisure Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery.
