Mr. Jennings Renick Lambeth, age 88, of Shelbyville, formerly of Pennsylvania, died Saturday, October 3, 2009, at The Heart Remembers.

Graveside services at Willow Mount Cemetery. Reverend Dr. Lloyd Doyle will officiate.

There will be no visitation.

He was born October 26, 1920, in Bols D'Arc, Missouri, to the late Virgil and Katherine Renick Lambeth.

He was a retired executive in the steel industry, and a member of Shady Side Presbyterian Church in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in World War II.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Josephine Wiley Lambeth, of Shelbyville; a son, Jennings C. Lambeth, and his wife Suzanne, of Shelbyville; two grandchildren, Jennifer Hinds, of Nashville, and Dr. Melissa Kemp, of Atlanta, Georgia; three great grandchildren, Josephine Hinds, Sarah Hinds, and William Lyle Hinds, III.
