Bessie Mae Lejeune Miller
Funeral services for Bessie Mae (Lejeune) Miller were held at Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings. Rt. Rev. MSGR A. L. Soulier officiated.
Mrs. Miller was born in Evangeline on September 21, 1933. She came to Jennings with her family soon afterward and attended the local schools. She was a waitress at Leger's Coffee Shop on Main St. at the time of her death.
Survivors are her father, Adam Lejeune of Eunice; mother, Mrs. Adam Lejeune, Houston; two son, Kenneth Ray, age 2 and Allen Dale, age six months; two sisters, Alma Jean of Jennings and Faye Marie, Houston; two brothers, Bennett Ray Lejeune of Los Angeles, Ca. and Lee Darrell Lejeune of Jennings; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Marceline Deshotel of Jennings.
Burial in Miller Cemetery in Jeff Davis Parish.
