He was born May 8, 1972 in Perryville, the son of the late James "Jack" Austin and Evelyn "Jean" Boland Vogt who survives in Perryville.
He married Kerri Guethle on June 20, 1988 in Perryville. She survives in Perryville.
He is also survived by two Sons: Grant Austin and Trent Austin, both of Perryville, his stepfather: Alfred "Bud" Vogt of Perryville; a sister: Dee Moll of Perryville; two brothers: Paul Austin of Perryville and James Lee Austin of Lintin, Indiana; three stepbrothers: John Vogt and Shane Vogt of Perryville and Craig Vogt of St. Louis and a stepsister: Crissy Craig of St. Louis
He was an independent trucker.
He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church of St. Mary; River Hills Antique Tracker Club; and he served on the board of the Sheltered Workshop in Perryville.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, October 6th and 6:30-10 a.m. Wednesday, October 7th at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.
