NOTE:

Simmons Family Cemetery, Williamson-Zebulon Rd., Williamson, Pike Co., GA.

The only evidence of the "Simmons Family Cemetery" is a large concrete slab that is visible from the Williamson-Zebulon Road. There are no tombstones, only what appears to have been a rock wall surrounding the cemetery. The concrete slab was put there by the GA DOT highway many years ago when it was discovered. The cemetery is located in a wooded lot that was at one time the Simmons property and near the intersection of Williamson-Zebulon and Reidsboro Roads, Williamson, Pike County. No longer is there a "sign" showing the "Simmons Family Cemetery."
