November 4, 1915 (Thursday)"ANDERSON. After an illness of only a few days, Mr. Charles D[ade] Anderson, one of Boyle county's most highly esteemed and respected citizens, died at his late home on the Lebanon Pike, two miles from Danville, this (Thursday) morning at eight o'clock, in the eighty-third year of his age. Mr. Anderson was a native of Toronto, Canada, but had been a resident of Kentucky for the past fifty-five years. He is survived by his wife, and was an uncle of Col. George F. Anderson, of this county. He was a member of the Methodist church and a Knight Templar and a man who had won for himself a large circle of devoted friends who will regret his passing. The funeral will be conducted at the residence on tomorrow (Friday) at 2:30 o'clock, and Masonic services at the grave in Bellevue cemetery at 3:30."
