MURRAY, Ky.
Services for Jessie J. Sherman, 105, of Murray were today at Churchill-Imes Family Funeral Home with Lindon Ferguson officiating. Burial was in Sinking Springs Cemetery.
Miss Sherman died at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Westview Nursing Home.
A native of Calloway County, she was a retired school teacher and a lifelong member of Williams Chapel Church of Christ.
Surviving are several great-nieces and great-nephews, including Kim Kemp, Carol Utley and Bob Kemp Jr., all of Murray, Andrew Clinton Sherman of Benton, Lourie Sherman Childers of Howell, Mich., and Jeffery A. Sherman of Clarksville, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Enoch Clinton Sherman Jr. and Effie Mae Myers Sherman; three brothers; and one sister.
