In Chazy, Sept. 24, 1892, of paralysis of the brain, Isaac H. Abare, aged 62 years. His funeral was largely attended from his late residence on Tuesday, Sept. 27th, at 10 A.M., the Rev. P.J. Myers officiating. Mr. Abare was the senior partner in the well known firm of Abare & Richards, who, for the past 20 years have been extensively engaged in said business. Also that of fancy driving and trotting horses and were the former owners of Chazy Maid, Lady Patsy, and many others of trotting fame. He was formerly married to Miss Clara Richards, 3rd eldest daughter of Jacob Richards of this town. Her demise being in 1889, he was again married, in March, of the present year, to Miss Julia Willett, daughter of A. J. Willett, of Lowell, Mass. A gentleman of refined taste, a kind friend and good neighbor has taken his silent departure. His absent sister, several brothers and aged father, Isaac Abare, Sen., after whom he was named are his survivors, and will greatly mourn his loss.
