Moses Lake, Wash.--Edith "Ammie" Meyer, 85, died June 12, 1993, at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, Wash., after a brief illness.
Born in Iberia, Mo., Meyers had lived in the Weslaco and the Edinburg area. Meyers and her husband owned and operated Meyer's Drugstore. She was a member of The Church in Moses Lake.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milburn G. Meyer, in 1978; five brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda McClendon of Moses Lake, Wash., and Betty Sparrow of Mercedes; two sisters, Emma Gardner of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Evelyn Johnston of Corpus Christi; four grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; a great grandson; and 10 step-great-grandchildren.
