Dick was born in Hawthorne Hospital, California, the same hospital as his wife, Beverly Skolfield. He had a sister, Judy, and two brothers, Bill & Johnny. He stayed in the same basic area and attended local schools. His main job was as a big-rig driver for Coca Cola. He had three children, Sherry Lynn, Suzanne Michelle, and Gary Thomas. He was loved by many people. He left this earth too early at age 53. His wife & children miss him very much. He has three grandchildren, Kristyn--the light of his life, Eric--whom he only knew two months, and Christopher--whom he never knew. We hope he is looking down at us and is at peace.
