Nixon-Services for W. Eugene Barth, who died at his home near Dewville on Friday, were held on Sunday, Dec. 31 at 2 p.m. at Dewville United Methodist Church.
The Rev. Michael Cowey officiated, with Finch Funeral Home in charge of arrangements and interment in the Dewville cemetery.
Mr. Barth was born on Sept. 1903 in DeWitt County, to William Otto and Zilpha Louise Reader Barth. He was married to Myrtle Irene Welch on Jan. 12, 1928 in Victoria and she preceded him in death on March 13, 1986.
