Mr. Crouch died at 7 a.m. Tuesday at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.
Mr. Crouch, a retired employee of General Tire and Rubber Co., was a member of Trace Creek Baptist Church and a charter member of the Moose Lodge.
Surviving are his wife, Norma Crouch; one son, Randy Crouch of Hickory; one daughter, Darla Fogarty of Jacksonville, Fla.; four stepdaughters, Marilyn Cochran, Pat Painter and Rhonda Townsend, all of Mayfield, and Kelli Laberda of Phoenix, Ariz.; one brother, Charles Crouch of Calvert City; 20 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha Jane Crouch; one son, Ricky Crouch; one stepson, Michael Norsworthy; two stepdaughters, La Donna Cook and Sabrina Norsworthy; and one brother. His parents were Hollie and Mayme Scoggins Crouch.
