TRAN, David James - At Parkview Home, Stouffville on Wednesday, June 30, 1982, David J. Tran, formerly of Claremont, Ont. in his 97th year. Beloved husband of the late Jane Laurie. Dear father of Isobel (Mrs. G. Overland) of Kingston and the late Joseph and Laurie Tran. Father-in-law of Freda (Mrs. H. Twyman) of Markham. Also survived by sisters Ida (Mrs. W. Maxwell) of Markham and Fanny (Mrs. Ed Sharpe) of Wyoming, USA. Loving grandfather of nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main St., (Hwy 48), Markham, on Friday 2-5 and 7-9. Service in the chapel on Saturday (time of service later). Interment Locust Hill Cemetery.
