Mrs. Cora Louise Martindale

Passed away after a lingering illness at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Rest Haven Convalescent Home. Age 87 years. Cora Louise Partridge was born January 5, 1864 in Troy, New York. She came to Saginaw with her parents as a child. She married Edwin E. Martindale December 10, 1881, who survives her. She was one of the oldest members and also a past matron of Salina Chapter No. 439 O.E.S. Surviving besides her husband are four sons, Burt F. Martindale of Detroit, Charles C. , William A., Paul J. all of Saginaw; 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Willis and Charles Partridge, of Saginaw, and Joseph Partridge of Drummond Island. Funeral service time and place will be announced at a later date by the Reitz Funeral Home.
