Winn, Rowland George Allanson Allanson-Winn (also known as Shaikh Rahmatullah al-Farooq), 5th Baron Headley of Aghadoe. 11th Baronet Winn of Nostel (1855–1935), civil engineer and convert to Islam.
He was the son of Sir Edward Archibald Hamilton, 4th Baronet of Trebishun, Breconshire and 2nd Baronet of Marlborough House, Hampshire (1843-1915)

Lord Headley embraced Islam on 16 November 1913 and adopted the Muslim name of Shaikh Rahmatullah al-Farooq. In 1914 he established the British Muslim Society. He was the author of several books on Islam, including A Western Awakening to Islam (1914) and Three Great Prophets of the World.
