Lillian was one of 8 children, all born in Holland, Michigan to Jacob Flieman and Delia Mae Froom Flieman. Jacob was a sucessful Blacksmith and Buggy Maker in Holland.

After Fred died in 1933, Lillian remarried about 1938 to Ryk Wagenveld.

Mrs. Lillian Wagenveld, 67, Jenison Park, died in Zeeland hospital Sunday morning following a illness of five years. She was born in Holland to the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Flieman and had formerly been married to Fred Meyer.

Survivors include the husband Ryk Wagenveld; one daughter, Mrs. C.M. Billings of Jackson; two sons, Leo Meyer of Holland and Lester Meyer of Lansing; two sisters, Mrs Rose Hoffman of Oaklohoma and Mrs Lena Boazs of Battle Creek; one brother, John Flieman Sr., of Jenison Park and six grandchildren.

Funeral services are Wednesday at 1:30p.m. at Niekerk Christian Reformed Church. Realtives are to meet in the church basement at 1:15 p.m. They are being arranged by Yutema Funeral Home, Zeeland. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m.

Burial is in Pilgrim Home Cemetery

Daughter Delia Gladys Meyer Billings 1901-1986 is buried in Kentucky. She has been unlinked my a family member.
