Many in this city who knew Mrs. Zillah Young Jacobs will regret to know of her death at her home in Danville Wednesday morning. She was a woman of many noble qualities and unusual culture and intellect, and the widow of the late Robert P. Jacobs. For more than ten years she had been a sufferer from cardiac trouble. Miss Mollie Abell, of this city, has been with her for some months past. The funeral will be conducted at her home this (Friday) afternoon by Rev. J. Q. A. McDowell, at 3 o'clock.
