MUYSKENS, Helen Ruth of Clearwater, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009, at VistaCare Hospice in Atlanta, GA . Born in Detroit, MI, on Feb. 10, 1943, to the late Joseph and Marjorie Dunphy, Helen was a generous person who loved to laugh and faced challenges with humor and wit. Helen enjoyed shopping, reading and creating a variety of handcrafted items. She loved Christmas and her dog Reggie. At Eastern Michigan University and Wayne State University Helen majored in Childhood Education and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She relocated to Clearwater in 1977 and retired from Vision Cable (now Brighthouse Networks). Preceded in death by her infant twin daughters Mary Jane and Marjorie Theresa Hamborsky, Helen is survived by her daughter Jennifer Hamborsky; son-in-law Timothy Dignam and grandaughter Lucinda Grace Hamborsky Dignam; her sister Patricia Jodway and husband Howard, & their children, Bill, Jill, and Jayne; and her two former husbands Dwight K. Hamborsky, Jr. and Robert J. Muyskens. A memorial service is planned, and cremains will be interred in Grand Lawn Cemetery, Detroit, MI. Donations can be made in memory of Helen to VistaCare Hospice Foundation, 717 North Harwood, Suite 1500, Dallas, TX 75201.
