Grandmother of Mrs. Seth Taylor Buried in Houston
Mrs. Molie C. Roberson, 92, member of a pioneer Bryan family, and resident of Houston for 22 years, was buried in Rest Haven Cemetery Thursday, September 22 at 2:30 PM Mrs. Roberson died of a heart attack about 11:20 PM Tuesday in Bryan at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W.B. Haygood.
Her father, the late W.B. Eaves operated the first buggy wheel shop in Bryan and was the organizer of First Baptist Church there.
Surviving are her six daughters, Mrs. J.A. Blume, Mrs. R.L. Conway, Mrs. R.J. Knight, Mrs. V.H. Henkell of Houston, and Mrs. Haygood and Mrs. Mattie Beard of Bryan; two sons, W.A. King of Richmond and J.L. Roberson of Palestine; a brother, J.T. Eaves of Austin; 19 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandsons,, Octavus Beard, Herman Blume, Milton Henry, Victor Charles Henkell, Billie Conway, and Lamar Robinson.
