Funeral services for Mable Ortego, 80, will be at 2 p.m. today, July 27, in Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Dan Landry will officiate. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly.
Mrs. Ortego died at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2000, in a local care center. She was a native of Edgerly and had lived in Lake Charles for the past 53 years.
Survivors include one son, Art Ortego of Lake Charles.
