Kautzer, Adolph (April 22, 1899-Nov. 3, 1974 [birth date comes from birth record] –husband of Loretta Meyer [married Sept. 8, 1925 at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton, which is the same day on which his mother died] –son of Edward Kautzer and Mathilda Hammela –born Town of Eaton –farmer in Town of Eaton –on Feb. 21, 1927 purchased from his widowed father the farms at 7307 Lax Chapel Road and at 20514 County C both in Section 22, Town of Eaton –on June 20, 1945 sold the 80 acres of the W1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 27 (which was part of the farm at 20514 County C) to Arthur Busse –on May 8, 1963 sold his two farms to Frank and Gertrude Litz –retired from farming in 1963 and moved to St. Nazianz –from Aug. 28, 1945 until his death in 1974 owned the house at 101 South First Avenue in St. Nazianz –after his death, his widow Loretta continued to live here until selling in 1992 –died from “thrombosis, 1 week –myocardial infarction”) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Section 5, Row 3, Lot 8] [marriage record Manitowoc 19-606] [death record Manitowoc 75-90]
