Mr. Anderson died Thursday May 17, 1984, at P & S Hospital. He was born in Panola County, Texas and was a former resident of Shreveport for 30 years. Mr. Anderson was a retired ramp service agent for Delta Air Lines and was a veteran of World War II. He was of Baptist affiliation.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby O. Anderson of Carthage; his mother, Mrs. Dona Shaw Anderson of Carthage; three sons, Blaine A. Anderson and David O. Anderson of Shreveport, Roger K. Anderson of San Antonio, Texas; one daughter, Kelly A. Halverson of Shreveport; two daughters-in-law, Vickie Anderson of Shreveport and Susie Anderson of San Antonio; four grandchildren; a host of friends and relatives.
Pallbearers will be Sam Hynes, Ken Holder, Ben Larkin, Phil Owens, Tommy Sanders and Bill Hicks.
