Terry Delane Ball, 50, formerly of Ottawa died on September 2, 2009 after a short illness in Canyon Lake, Texas.
Terry was born in the old Glover Clinic on April 16, 1959 and was a son of the late Carol Kay Elkins Ball and Darrell V. Ball of Ottawa.

He attended Scott High School and was a veteran of the US Marine Corps.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Shawnece D. Ball; three daughters, Nicole "Nikki" at home, Jennifer Ball of Arlington, Texas and Katrina Ball of Roanoke, Virginia; sisters, Debby Berry of Madison and Teresa Neely of Ottawa; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Kaye Ball of Elkins, Brian and Vicky Ball of Huntingtown, Maryland and David and Kathy Ball of Columbia City, Indiana; and many nieces and nephews who loved him.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 8 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville. He will be laid to rest in the Ball Family Cemetery in lower Ottawa.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
