Born July 6, 1905, at New Edinburg, she was a daughter of the late Allen Crain and Lydia Crain.
She was a member of Piney Grove AME Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Hamilton.
Survivors include a son, Bernard Hamilton of Kenosha, Wisconsin; a daughter, Helen Lamb-Hampton of St. Paul, Minnesota; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great- grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
