Final rites were held Saturday at Mount Herman Church of the Brethren for Mrs. Pace Stone, 82-year-old Henry County native who died Thursday at her home following a lingering illness. Interment followed in the church cemetery.

Her grandchildren were pallbearers and flower bearers.

Surviving are her husband and the following children: Mesdames W. R. Landerson and William Kelly of Reidsville, N.C.; C. T. Thomas of Danville; William Clark and Gray Craig of Bassett; I. N. Washburn and L. E. Atkins of this city; W. D. Stone of Patrick Springs and M. T. Stone of Bassett.

She had 104 grandchildren and 60 great-grandchildren who also remain.

The deceased was for 47 years a member of Center Primitive Baptist Church.
