LUGOFF - Funeral service for Anna Mack Baker, 77, will be held Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Rev. Henry Lewis Payne officiated. Burial was in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia.
Mrs. Baker died Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Born in Great Falls, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Henry and Mae Garland Broom.
Surviving are her husband of 62 years, William Franklin Baker, Jr.; sons, William Everett Baker and his wife, Wanda of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Richard Franklin Baker of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; brother, J.C. Broom of Great Falls; sister, Helen Cole of Camden; grandchildren, Eric (Jodie) Baker, Cheryl (Travis) Mastin and Cindi Baker; and 4 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Harold Broom and Henry Broom, Jr.; and sisters, Annie Hicks, Sara Payne, and Dorothy Ellis.
