Carrol Dean Armstrong, 73, of 1011 Hwy. 357, died Sept. 2, 2004, at his home.
A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late Robert Lee and Maggie Lee Lister Armstrong, he was a retired business owner, a member of Zoar United Methodist Church, a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a Shriner.
Surviving are his wife, Doris Belcher Armstrong, of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Sherry Armstrong, of Greer; and one brother, Thomas Armstrong, of Greer.
Funeral services will be held at 4:30 p.m. today at The Wood Mortuary conducted by the Rev. Don Haton.
Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. today at The Wood Mortuary.
