Syble Stone Burris, 83, of Tyler, formerly of Fort Worth, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011, in Tyler. Graveside service: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Decatur under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home in Tyler. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Burris was formerly a member of Fairpark Baptist Church in Fort Worth. Mrs. Burris was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Paul Burris, in 1998.
Survivors: Sons, Danny Burris and wife, Teresa, of Whitehouse and Bob Burris of Fort Worth; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
