George Elmer Bruckner was the son of Barney Filip Bruckner and Anna Louise Halverson. On Oct. 16, 1936 in Mt. Sterling, Crawford County, Wisconsin,he married Dorothy Marie Borchardt,the daughter of Richard Borchardt and Freda Haylock.
George Elmer and Dorothy Marie had 4 children: Richard, Marylin, David and Darlene Bruckner.
He was a shipping clerk and a roofer and house builder
