Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late William A. and Minnie Ballew Brown and wife of the late William Graves McCall.
Mrs. McCall retired from F.W. Poe and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two daughters, Joan Andrews of Liberty and Frances Siler and husband, Ernest, of Travelers Rest; a son, James McCall and wife, Lynn, of Liberty; daughter-in-law, Juanita McCall of Duncan; a sister, Ann Forman of Charleston; 10 grandchildren, Jamie McCall, Elaine Trammell and husband Eddie, Sandy Yates and husband Eulas, Cathy Byars, Frank Siler, Dona Phillips and husband George, Jack Siler, Nicky McCall and wife Cindy, Angel Trammell and husband Jerry, and Leanna McCall; 15 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Etta Anita McCall; a son, William (Billy) Way McCall; a brother, William A. (Bud) Brown; and four sisters, Elsie Hurley, Edna Wiggins, Edith Waters, and Agnes Jordan.
Visitation will be Friday, April 4, 2008, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest.
The funeral service will be Saturday, April 5, 2008, at noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, West.
