MRS. GEORGE D. BARKER DIES WEDNESDAY

FUNERAL SERVICES TO BE HELD THURSDAY AFTERNOON AT 1:30

Mrs. George D. Barker, of route 1, Fulton, died at 12:05 a. m. Wednesday morning. She was 66 years old. (December 19, 1951)

Funeral services were held at 1:00 p. m. Thursday, at the Maupin Funeral Home, and interment was in Callaway Memorial Gardens cemetery. Services were conducted by the Rev. A. F. Larson.

Mrs. Barker, the former Miss Addie Myrtle Dutton, was born December 7, 1885, in Callaway County, the daughter of Albert and Sophia Love Dutton. She lived in the Millersburg community until about three years ago, when she and Mr. Barker moved to Fulton. She was a member of the Oak Grove Christian Church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a son George D. Barker, Jr., two daughters, Mrs. Laura Alleman of McKittrick and Mrs. Barbara Van Houtan of Russell, Kan., and five grandchildren. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters:

Emmett Dutton of Avalon, John Dutton of Fulton, Ira Dutton of Williamsburg, Elmore Dutton of Auxvasse, Jesse Dutton of Bachelor, Mrs. Lulu Hamm of Gray Summitt, Mrs. Nettie Linton of Avalon.
