Mark LaRue, 42, of Rogers, Ark., was born November 10, 1959, to Thomas Larry LaRue and Anna Beth Sutherland LaRue in Hot Springs, Ark. He died May 31, 2002 in Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Ark.He graduated from Sheridan High School, Class of "78", and graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 1984 with a degree in vocational agriculture. Mark enjoyed fishing and boating, but his true passion was working on and taking car of his vehicles. He also enjoyed traveling. Mark had been employed with Wal-Mart for 18 years, where he started out as stockman in Magnolia, Ark., and through much diligence and hard work was promoted to assistant manager. He served as store manager in various locations, was district manager for stores in Michigan, and most recent was a buyer in the Hometown Merchandise Division, located in the General Offices of Wal-Mart. He was the type of person that drew people to him, because of his generous, magnetic and energisitic personality. He especially enjoyed being with his family and spending quality time with them.Survivors include his wife, Ann LaRue of the home; four sons, Allen Bush and wife, Elizabeth of Bentonville, Christopher Mark LaRue of Magnolia, Ark., Thomas Jack LaRue of Prescott, Ark., and Scott Allen LaRue of Prescott, Ark.; his parents Larry and Anna Beth LaRue of Camp; one sister, Lora Ann Crawford and husband Kenny of Camp, Ark.; maternal grandparents, Carl and Ruth Sutherland of Camp, Ark., parental grandparents, Carl and Freddie LaRue of Crockett, Texas; one grandson, Jacob Allen Bush, of Bentonville; a niece, Jennifer Crawford and nephew, Drew Crawford, both of Camp, Ark.Services were held June 2, 2002 at Stockdale Funeral Chapel with Bro. John Hodges, James Berry and Pete Jason officiating. Burial was in Martin Cemetery near LaRue, Ark.Memorials may be made in honor of Mark LaRue to Southern Arkansas University, "Endowment Fund," P.O.
