General sorrow is felt in this city at the death of Emil Lemp, who breathed his last at the residence of his father yesterday afternoon. He was born and reared in Idaho, and by natural graces and accomplishments won for himself, in the few short years of his life, the respect, friendship and affection of almost everyone. Impulsive and public spirited, his absence will certainly be severely felt in the circles of Boise wherein he was best known.
Emil Lemp was the oldest son of John Lemp and was aged 28 years. A wife and child are bereaved by his untimely death, which hosts of friends will also mourn. Pneumonia was the cause of his demise and his illness was of short duration. The funeral will take place at 2 p.m. next Tuesday.
