Signe T. (Mrs. Vaughn) Milton, 83, a lifelong resident of Poulsbo, died yesterday at Harrison Memorial Hospital. She was born March 5, 1906, in Poulsbo. On August 17, 1929, she married Vaughn Milton in Silverdale.
She worked as an assistant cashier at the First National Bank of Poulsbo. Mrs. Milton was a member of Poulsbo Chapter 235 of the Order of Eastern Star and the Lillian Larson Orthopedic Guild. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, and Norwegian hardanger embroidery.
She is survived by her husband; a daughter, a son and two grandchildren. Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be tomorrow from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mountain View Cemetery near Silverdale.
