Mrs. John Woodruff

Mrs. John Woodruff, 59, 1906 Danville Rd. SW, died Sunday at 5:15 p.m. at her residence.

Services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Memorial Drive Methodist church with Hobson Clark and Dr. T. J. Chitwood officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery, Guntharp Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include the widower, John Woodruff, Decatur; a son, John Woodruff, Jr. Decatur; a daughter, Mrs. Benny Green, Courtland; a grandson, Hal Green, Courtland; mother, Mrs. Josie Case; two sisters, Mrs. Theo Word and Mrs. Ivey Mitchell, all of Decatur.

Pallbearers will be Earl Britneal, M. H. Patterson, Douglas Fudge, Bob Louis, Earl Brewer and J. L. Dutton.

The body will remain at the funeral home until time to be taken to the church where it will lie in state one hour prior to services.

She was a member of the Memorial Drive Methodist Church and a native of Lawrence County.
