Alda Millicent (Norton) BAKER was my Grandmother.

Alda was born in Port Williams, Nova Scotia, Canada, and was the daughter of William Millage Norton and Annie Adelia (Griffin) Norton, both of Port Williams, Nova Scotia. A

Alda was sister to Carl Norton, Triphosa (Norton) Postdown, Harold Vere Norton, Addie Norton, and Lena (Norton) Hennigar.

Alda had two aunts, [sisters of her father William M Norton], (Charlotte (Norton) Gaston and Sarah Norton) who were killed in the 1917 Halifax harbor explosion.

My Grandmother was not a mormon and prefers to remain that way.
