89, of 1145 Frank St., Galesburg died at 5:40 PM Tuesday November 3, 2009 in Galesburg Terrace.
She was born August 16, 1920 in Alexis, IL the daughter of Clarence and Sophia Briggs. She married Charles A. Eiker in 1938. She later married Harry D. Morrison in Moline, IL on September 10, 1971. He preceded her in death on March 18, 1984.
She is survived by a son, Charles (Sherie) Eiker in Farmington, IL; two daughters, Vera (Dan) Ragon and Charlotte West, both of Galesburg, nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Frank Briggs, two sisters, Marie Welch and Alda Boone, one son, John Eiker and two grandchildren, Jeff Johnson and Charles Daniel Ragon.
She worked in housekeeping for Cottage Hospital for 23 years. She attended the First Church of God.
Cremation will be accorded. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Henderson Cemetery.
