Evelyn Ruth Van Otterloo, 81, died Saturday, March 20, 2004, at the Haven Park Christian Living Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley, in 1989.

She was born in Holland and was a life-long resident and a graduate of Holland High School.

She was a member of of TRinity Reformed Church, where she was a shepherding elder, in the Women’s Guild and a member of the Lydia Circle.

She also belonged tot he DAV Women’s Auxiliary, Evergreen Commeons and volunteered for Holland Community Hospital.

Surviving are her daughters, Karen Diepenhorst of Holland, and Barbara and Carl Simpson of San Antonio, Texas; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Beth Kramer of Albuquerque, N.M.; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Services are 11 a.m. Yesday at Trinirt Reformed Church, with the REv. Lynn Post officiating.
Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
