Gladys F. Bridge, 87, of 105 Germaine Road, formerly of Spring Hill, Florida, died at 4:40 a.m. today at the Chicora Medical Center, where she has lived since Dec. 31, 1992.
Born in Brookville, Jefferson County, Nov. 13, 1908, she was the daughter of John Irvin and Pearl T. Geist Allshouse.
She was a graduate of Clarion State Teachers College and had been an elementary school teacher. She later worked as secretary and bookkeeper for both of her husbands.
Mrs. Bridge was a Presbyterian.
Her first husband, Richard Falk, died in 1957; and her second husband, Paul Bridge, died in 1979.
Surviving are four brothers, Virgil Allshouse of Sharon, Walter Allshouse of Massillon, Ohio, Robert Allshouse of Brookville and Jack Allshouse of Butler; three sisters, Amanda Garvey of Brookville, June Hansen of Centralia, Wash., and Mrs. Robert Ruth Lindeman of Lake Tahoe, Calif.; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers.

BRIDGE--Mrs. Bridge's wishes were to have no visiting hours or funeral service. Following cremation, a memorial service will be attended at the discretion of her family. Interment will be in St. Mathew's Cemetery, Brookville. Memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Club, 502 1/2 W. Jefferson St., Butler.
