Ms. Tishana Culver, 31, a Cleveland resident has been discovered dead at a Cleveland, Ohio house. Ms. Culver, a long time Cleveland resident, had left her children in the custody of her mother. Aformer beautician, Ms. Culver was a loving child who had a few rough times and could not get her life back on track, according to her mother. She was thought to be in jail or living with friends in Akron, at the time of her disappearance in June 2008. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Yvonne Wiliams and her eight beautiful children. The accused serial killer moved there in 2005.
