Edward Berry
Edward W. Berry, 80, of 215 W. Sixth St., Apt. 11, died at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pavilion West, where he had been a resident since Oct. 28.
He was the former owner and operator of Triangle Market and Berry's Market at Jefferson and Garden streets.
Born Nov. 11, 1900, in Peoria to Samuel and Sadie Sills Berry, he married Edna Bradshaw Nov. 29, 1921, in Peoria. She died in 1965.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ruth L. Coatney of Peoria; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Ellen Jones of Peoria; Mrs. Myrtle Rowley of Phoenix, Ariz., and Miss Edna Berry of El Paso; and three brothers, William of Peoria, Roy of Buckner and Harry of Arizona.
He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Davison-Fulton Western Chapel, the Rev. W. A. Wolf officiating. Burial will be in Woodrow Cemetery, South Pekin.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the chapel.
