ARTHUR LEON BURNS, 74, of Lafayette died May 23. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, at the Harvest Baptist Church, 7493 Old Mill Trail in Boulder.

Mr. Burns was born in Okemah, Okla., on May 7, 1924. He married Eudocia Packard Burns, 1952.

He worked in the Civilian Conservation Corps and served in the Army. He retired from Rocky Flats as a chemical materials handler.

He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 68 A.F. & A.M. Survivors include his wife; son Arthur of California; daughters, Carole Watson of Lafayette and Tina Weinstein of Louisville; sister Emma Cosper of Kansas; six grandchildren.
