Trevor Jack "Doc" Addy, 57, died at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, Fort Pierce, FL. He was born in Sheffield, England, and lived on the Treasure Coast for 52 years, coming from his birthplace.

He was a glass mechanic.

Survivors include his daughters, Sherry Connors, and Amber Addy both of Port Saint Lucie, and Brittiney Addy of Palm City, son Kevin Addy of Jensen Beach; mother, Dorothy Greenlees of Fort Pierce; father, Jack Addy of Stuart, sister Vicki Brace of Malabar, step-son John Sparling, and 8 grandchildren.

SERVICES: A celebration of life will be at 2p Nov. 15 at The Pavilion at the Stuart Moose Lodge.

Arrangements are by Forest Hills Funeral Homes-Byrd, Young and Prill Chapel, Port St. Lucie. A guest book may be signed at byrdyoungandprill.com
