Paul Dunneback Sr., aged 71, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 1996 at his home. He was a life time Alpine Township Farmer and Teamster Truck Driver retiring from Bender & Louden. He was a Charter and Life Time Member of The Knights of Columbus 3104 and a retired Charter Member of Alpine Township Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary (Waldherr) Dunneback: eleven children, Philip Dunneback of Grand Rapids, Ginny and Wayne Brown of DeWitt, Anthony and Linda Dunneback of Grand Rapids, James and Rose Dunneback of Grand Rapids, Joyce and Greg Davis of Rockford, Thomas Dunneback of Gaylord, Max and Linda Dunneback of Grand Rapids, Dianne and Bill Wierenga of Newaygo, Paul (Chip) Jr. and Shelly Dunneback of Sparta, Janet and Jerry Hill of Sparta, Patrick and Kerri Dunneback of Conklin; grandchildren, Wayne Jr., Matthew, and David Brown, Mark, Jason, Jeff, Jamin, Jacob, Jennifer, Max Jr., Maria, Staci, Paul III, Crystal, Beau, Kaitlyn, Kelsey, Chase, and another Dunneback grandchild expected at any time, Carly, Sarah, and Brian Davis, Dustin Zitnik, Rebecca, Paul, Andrew, Michelle, and Theresa Wierenga, Scott, Joshua, Nicholas, and Anthony Hill; sisters, Elizabeth Momber, Maryanne Gagnon, Francis and Ed Kanoza; sisters-in-law, Marty Gilde, Ann and Bob Derck, Elizabeth and Fritz luppenlatz, Marcia Waldherr; several nieces and nephews. Mass of the Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, April 8, 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Alpine with Fr. John Wisneski and Fr. Paul Milanowski, Celebrants. Interment in Holy Trinity Cemetery. Friends may meet Mr. Dunneback's family at the funeral home on Friday 7 to 9 and Saturday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday morning at the church one hour prior to the Mass. The Rosary will be prayed on Friday evening at 7:30 pm. at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hospice of Greater Grand Rapids
