Ellen J. "Sis" Rudolph, 60, of Perrysville, Indiana and formerly of Cayuga, Indiana, passed away at 6:15 a.m. EST Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born July 7, 1949 in Clinton, Indiana to the late Betty Jane Farner Blair and Melvin Roy Self. She was also preceded in death by two great-granddaughters, Chastyn Alaine Niccum and Isabella Ratliff and a nephew, Gavin Nichols. She married Richard L. Rudolph on Sept. 13, 1964 in Georgetown, Illinois. He survives.
Also surviving are her children, Chris L. (Amber) Rudolph, David D. Rudolph, Shannon R. (Kenny Thomason) Niccum, Michael R.C. (Wendy Troop) Rudolph and Jill Self; sister, Jan (Mark) Mahan and five brothers, Don Self, Loren (Patty) Self, Randy (Sherri Meeker) Self, Gary Self and Andy (Anita) Stimac.
