Billy was a lifelong resident of Oglethorpe County GA. He was a son of the late Newton Dawson Lloyd and Verna Lee Grimes Lloyd. He was The General Manager of Bicknell Supply Co., Elberton, GA. Bicknell is a manufacturer of stone cutting, stone stenciling and abrasive tools for the monument industry.

Billy was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Elberton.

Billy's memorial service was held at The Berry Funeral Home.

Surviving Billy is his wife, Ann Williams Lloyd. Also surviving are his three daughters, Jenny Lynn McDade of Douglasville, GA, Anna Renee Berryman of Elberton, GA and
Susan Deane Mendelson, Portland, Ore. Billy also leaves two sons, Larry Kimball "Kim" Lloyd of Brewton, Ala., and Kerry Lane Lloyd of Nicholson, GA. He is also survived by his brother, Jimmy Dawson Lloyd of Elberton, GA and eight grandchildren.

Billy's pallbearers were Milton Herndon, Jimmy Brown, Mike Beri, Horace Harper, Thomas Gerard Lynch and Allen Wilson.

A good man missed by all who knew him.
